SolarMax® is the next generation of sprayed-on polyurethane linings. It is a unique aliphatic elastomer formulation that combines toughness with maximum color stability and longevity. Its formulation properties provide a flexible and tenacious bond to metal, fiberglass and wood surfaces while remaining flexible at temperatures from -40º to 190º F. SolarMax can also be used as a UV resistant, color stable urethane topcoat and can be applied with either low or high-pressure equipment

SolarMax has a Shore D 90 (ASTM D2240) hardness and a 100-150% (ASTM D412) elongation formulation in addition to its long-lasting color and UV protection. SolarMax is environmentally friendly offering 100%, solid by weight and volume, and NO solvents or VOCs. Its seamless membrane allows for an application of unlimited thickness while drying to the touch in seconds and filly curing within 24 hours.
